From what I can find on the web (very little) this might have been installed by the dealer (or for the dealer). The system is a Karr 4040A with a Karr KS-9495-4p (Shock Sensor). 3. Whenever the system is triggered, the vehicle's parking lights will flash for the 30 second alarm cycle, attracting added visual attention to the vehicle. 4. Whenever the system is armed, the vehicle's starter will be bypassed. The vehicle will not start. 5. The system will also be triggered by an impact detected by the shock sensor. Page 2 2. When I shut off the ignition, both unlock. And both lock with the remote or when the ignition is turned on.It wasn't a port install since KARR is not a Toyota product. I also didn't want them cutting into a brand new car's wiring harness to Frankenstein in some aftermarket alarm system.
